Features of the Red Squirrel Pod
Kitchen
The communal kitchen is located in the building at the courtyard. It is fully equipped to prepare and enjoy a meal. Such as an American style fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, 5 ring gas hob with grill and two fan assisted ovens. There is a hand washing sink and a separate sink for preparing food. Crockery, cutlery pots and pans too. There are also a number of tables and chairs.
Room with a view
The Red Squirrel Pod is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is surrounded by a magnificent mountain ring dyke. Why not take full advantage of these phenomenal sights by adding a fire pit to your stay and later enjoy a night of star gazing before snuggling up in your fully heated pod.
Beds
The Red Squirrel Pod can facilitate up to 4 fold-out cosy camp beds, each with a foam mattress. All our beds will have a mattress protector and freshly pressed fitted sheet as standard. Please remember to select bedding at the booking stage if required or as always you are welcome to bring your own.
Restroom
Just a short distance from your Red Squirrel Pod is your restroom. Equipped with a powerful raised thermostatically controlled shower, hand wash basin and toilet. Towels for your stay are supplied. The showers are coin operated using £1 coins. Underfloor heating as standard.
